Empower Your Teachers. Elevate Your School.
Your teachers are the heartbeat of your school. But too often, they’re stretched thin – navigating pupil needs, parent expectations, and staff dynamics.
This bespoke coaching skills programme is designed to change that.
Whether delivered online or in person, it equips your teaching staff with practical, empowering coaching tools and techniques so they can:
- Lead with clarity and calm, not overwhelm
- Empower pupils and parents without overextending
- Build confidence, boundaries, and career momentum
Coaching isn’t just for leaders – it’s a mindset shift that teaches teachers to:
- Set and hold boundaries with grace
- Empower pupils to take ownership of their learning
- Navigate difficult conversations with parents and colleagues
- Lead with emotional intelligence and strategic calm
- Avoid burnout by shifting from “fixer” to facilitator

Why Hopscotch Coaching?
I’m an EMCC Senior Practitioner Accredited Coach with 20 years’ coaching and mentoring experience, mainly in the voluntary sector. I believe that Challenge + Fun = Growth, and that’s exactly how I coach: you’ll be smiling even as you come out of your comfort zone (I promise!).
I’m also the author of Work Hard, Rest Hard, Play Hard, where I share my story of choosing to home educate my SEN son whilst my youngest son stayed in school. I believe in changing the environment, not the person.
My mum was a dinner lady, then teaching assistant, who went back to university and trained to be a teacher. She was a year 6 teacher for 20 years, specialising in character education, and giving me an insight into the challenges and changes of education. Coaching changed her life, and her experience inspired me to pursue this career for myself.
