My dream morning:

😴 Wake up at 6.30am, whilst my family is sleeping.
🌅 Head out for a walk whilst the world is slowly waking up.
🍌 Get home at 7.30am, as my family is getting up, and have a fruit-based breakfast together.
🚌 Send everyone peacefully off to work, school and wherever else they have to go.
🧘‍♀️ Meditate before I start work at 9.00am, having already had fresh air, sunshine, exercise, and calm connection time with my family.

These mornings are often a reality for me now that I’ve stopped drinking alcohol.

Even if nothing goes right for the rest of the day, I’ve had such a good start that nothing can phase me!
